Unlimited Participation for One Price Think of FacilitatePro as an electronic conference center where multiple meetings, web conferences and surveys run simultaneously. Unlike most applications, our software is licensed for an unlimited number of concurrent meetings and meeting participants, offering maximum flexibility to run multiple sessions for any size group within a secure partition. Additional secure partitions may be added at any time to allow multiple departments and groups to work completely independently and securely all within a single copy of FacilitatePro.
Our Annual License Fee (ALF) also provides you with any and all product upgrades throughout the year at no additional fee.
Self Hosted FacilitatePro v15 - Small Business License - $9,995 per year*

** A technical support incident is one technical question, problem, or issue that will be managed until resolution, regardless of the number of contacts (email or telephone) required to resolve it. In some cases one email or phone call may include multiple incidents. They will be treated separately.
