Mike McCall

President and Chief Technology Officer

Mike co-founded McCall, Szerdy & Associates, now Facilitate.com, in 1992. Responsible for product architecture and development, Mike incorporates innovative features, based on client input, into the company’s signature product, FacilitatePro.

Mike has 25 years of experience facilitating group collaboration, problem solving and innovation across organizational boundaries. He blends this experience with an expertise in technology enablement to deliver sophisticated software tools to clients that enhance communication and collaboration and boost team productivity.

Mike strives to develop the simplest, most complete, and most cost effective technology solutions for our clients while ensuring that they are easy to learn, apply and maintain. To achieve this objective he works directly with clients on implementations where he can acquire first hand insights into their business and environments. He considers this direct experience essential to Facilitate.com’s success. Mike regularly consults with clients such as Disney Parks and Resorts, Lockheed Martin and the U.S. Air Force.

Prior to founding Facilitate.com, Mike spent several years with Gemini Consulting, Inc. as a Senior Consultant in the Oil and Gas practice. There he developed project management and tracking tools for the integration of organizational transformation projects. He also developed technology tools for a Customer/Supplier Service Level Analysis to help clients identify the most effective long term suppliers. Prior to Gemini, Mike spent seven years at IBM in systems engineering, supervising the implementation of large-scale technology migrations.

Mike has an M.A. in Philosophy and B.A. in English from the University of Toledo.
